Bruce has been a Cochrane Camera Club member for many years. He is a software developer by day, and an amateur photographer and videographer at other times.
Bruce first got interested in photography in a serious way in university, when he bought an SLR. When it stopped working about 15 years later, his interest level waned some. He got excited about photography again when he bought his first digital camera in 2002. It allowed him to combine two of his hobbies, photography and home computers. Bruce subsequently bought a digital SLR in 2006. He particularly enjoys landscape photography. Living in Cochrane, which is so close to the Rocky Mountains, makes it easy to find beautiful locations.
